Processing time
Most items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 2–3 weeks after placing your order for processing before your item is ready to ship.
For custom orders, processing time is typically 3–4 weeks (or longer, depending on approval of the final design).#
Shipping time
Estimated Delivery Times:
United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
International: 3–7 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Due to GPSR regulations effective December 2024, I am no longer able to ship to countries within the EU.
Each item is carefully wrapped and packaged in a cardboard box. To protect against water damage, boxes are placed inside recyclable sugarcane mailing bags, helping to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your order is delayed or taking longer than expected, feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to check its status for you.
Shipping cost & duties
To keep things simple, shipping is included in the product price at no additional cost.
USA: Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all duties are included in your total at checkout, meaning no extra fees when your package arrives.
Rest of world: Shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) — you’ll be responsible for any duties when your order arrives. Be sure to check your country’s import rules so there are no surprises.
Return policy
Please note that, due to the made-to-order nature of the items, I do not accept exchanges or returns unless the item is faulty. Each piece is handcrafted, so slight irregularities may occur, these are a natural part of the process and do not affect the overall look or function of the item.
Additionally, colours may appear differently across screens, and fabric shades can vary slightly between batches.

Patterns and copyright
I’m often asked whether I sell patterns for my quilt designs. At this time, I do not offer patterns, and I have no immediate plans to do so. Due to limited time, I'm also unable to provide quilting advice or tutorials.
All designs are original and exclusive to Excell Quilts. Please do not replicate or reproduce any designs or patterns for commercial use or instructional purposes.
