All items are handcrafted, meaning each piece is unique. Minor imperfections are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the character of the work. Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays. I do my best to represent colours as accurately as possible, but if you have any questions or concerns, please contact me before placing your order. As all items are made to order, I do not accept returns or cancellations unless your item arrives with a clear and significant fault. In this case, please get in touch so I can arrange a repair or replacement. Production times vary depending on the item. Please refer to individual product listings for estimated processing times. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. If you are unsure about duties in your country, please check with your local customs office before ordering. All designs are original and exclusive to Excell Quilts. Reproduction, duplication, or commercial use of any designs or patterns is strictly prohibited.
